In the event you were eligible for free shipping on your original order and you wish to return an item/s which will bring the total order value back under the free shipping threshold ($100), the shipping cost ($9.95) will be deducted from the refund.For any exchanges, once we have received your item/items back at our warehouse and it has passed our quality control checks, we would be more than happy to process your exchange. If you used a gift card, the funds will be returned to the gift card.&#xA0; If your item was a gift, we do require as much information as possible e.g. the receipt or proof of purchase, order number, or name of the person who placed the order. We may not be able to help you if we don&apos;t have this information, but we will do our best.&#xA0;If your item was purchased from a stockist of The Somewhere Co, they will take care of your exchange / refund.
