Not completely in love with your order? No worries at all, we've got you covered. We're happy to help with an exchange, store credit, or refund. Have your order number and the email address used to place your order handy, then hit the button below to get started:

START YOUR RETURN

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in clean and saleable condition, with original packaging and tags attached, along with proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless you have opted in to Checkout+ or the item is faulty. For faulty items, please visit our Faulty Items and Warranty page.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, excluding any shipping costs.
  • If your order included a Gift With Purchase and you choose not to return it, the RRP of the gift will be deducted from your refund.


What is Checkout+?

At checkout, you have the option to opt in to Checkout+, which covers return shipping and shipping insurance on your order.

When coverage is selected, a return label is included with your order at no additional cost at the point of return. Your order is also protected against loss or damage in transit.

If you choose not to add coverage, returns are still available to you. The cost of the return label will be at your expense.

All returns are subject to our Return Policy.

Return Options

Choose how you would like your return resolved. Both options are available through the portal.

Instant Refund

Once the courier scans your return package, your refund is processed instantly. No waiting for the item to arrive back with us, as long as it is on its way back to us within 7 days of initiating your return.

Exchange

Select the item you would like in the portal. Your exchange order is dispatched as soon as it registers the first scan on your return. No need to wait for it to reach us first.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
