Is your TSC order not quite what you had in mind? That's okay! We can organise either an exchange or refund for you, just a few things to note:

We can exchange/refund orders up to 30 days after you have received your order
The Somewhere Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on end-of-season or final clearance items or earrings for hygiene reasons
Items being exchanged/returned must be in unused and clean, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached
Shipping for the return/exchange item is at the customer's own cost unless the item is faulty 
We recommend sending your items back with registered post and tracking as we will not be able to process the exchange/refund if the item goes missing in transit
Please send us tracking once your order is in transit back to us

What's your exchange and refund policy?

We offer free standard shipping in the US on orders over $100 and a flat $9.95 fee for all other orders for standard shipping. We also offer Express Shipping for $14.95. 

Please note: upgrading to Express Postage expedites the shipping time after your order leaves us, however, orders are still processed and packed in order of when the order was placed. 

If you're in a particular rush, please let us know and we will do our best to help speed things up! 🏃

How much is shipping?

If you would like to edit your order or shipping address, please send us a message with the change as soon as possible and we will try our very best to help! 

Please note, if our warehouse team have already begun processing your order (they're a speedy bunch), we may not be able to make any changes.

In non-sale periods, orders are currently taking 1-3 business days to dispatch from our Brisbane, Australia warehouse. 

If you have pre-ordered something, please check the product description for the estimated delivery date. If you ordered other items along with your pre-ordered item, we will dispatch them together. 

The shipping estimates below (from date of dispatch) will give you an idea of when you can expect your TSC goodies to arrive. If you live in a rural area, your order may take slightly longer!

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Please note, you may experience shipping delays in peak holiday periods, or if postal services are impacted by extreme weather events or other major events.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

Oh snap! Looks like you have good taste then! To keep yourself in the loop, you can sign up for notifications via the product listing if you would like to know when we restock it. 

Some products will open for pre-order before they physically arrive at our warehouse too, so you can order early to make sure you don’t miss out!
