A We offer a 3-month warranty on TSC items. If there's a fault with your product, please send us an email with your order number as well as all the details including photos. Please email us at: [email protected]
If your item is within our warranty timeframe, you have proof of purchase and the item is deemed faulty, we will organise either a replacement part if possible, a full replacement of the item or a refund if you prefer. Please note, refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used. If you used a gift card, the funds will be returned to the gift card.
If your item was a gift, we do require as much information as possible e.g. the receipt or proof of purchase, order number, or name of the person who placed the order. We may not be able to help you if we don't have this information, but we will do our best.
If your item was purchased from a stockist of The Somewhere Co, they will take care of your exchange / refund. Please reach out to them directly.
