I forgot to put in my discount code, can I apply it after the order is processed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed we’re usually not able to apply a discount or backdate a ‘gift with purchase’ item. Typically, this is because we’ve already started processing the order and are not able to edit.
Gift With Purchase Offers
With any Gift with Purchase item offer running, you must add the item to your cart manually. While viewing your cart, you will be prompted to 'Add to Cart' if you are eligible for the gift with purchase. If you do not click this button, the item will not be in your order - so make sure to confirm this before finalising!
