Oh no! There may have been an issue with your delivery address or perhaps it has been waiting at the Post Office for some time, we're sorry to hear this. 

If your package is unable to be delivered, we will contact you to organise a re-delivery at your cost. If we're not able to get in contact, you will be refunded the purchase cost minus the shipping charges.
