We are an Australian-based company based in Brisbane, and this is where we ship all of our TSC goodies from. Our orders are shipped with Auspost. Parcels can be sent with either authority to leave, or safe drop.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping in the US on orders over $150 and a flat $9.95 fee for all other orders for standard shipping. We also offer Express Shipping for $14.95.
Every country plays by its own rules, so there’s a chance extra charges might pop up upon delivery. Still unsure? Your local customs office is the best place for the inside scoop.
Any extra customs charges that come up in transit are the customer’s responsibility. If an order is refused because of unpaid fees, it’ll be held for up to two weeks. After that, it’s considered abandoned, and unfortunately we’re unable to process a refund — extra charges may apply.
All prices are listed don’t include local taxes or import duties for international orders.
