How long will it take for my order to be dispatched and arrive?Updated 2 days ago

We are now shipping locally in the US! 🇺🇸
Orders placed outside of sales periods will be on their way within 2 business days! *excluding preorders. During promotions or sales, things get extra exciting (and busy!), so dispatch may take 2-3 business days as our small-but-mighty warehouse team works double-time to keep up with the rush.

Please note: Our warehouse is located in Canada, so parcels need time to cross the border before reaching your nominated courier. Once a driver has been allocated to your parcel, more detailed tracking information will become available. This step is outside of our control, so timings can vary slightly from order to order. Thanks so much for your patience!

Pre-Orders
If you have pre-ordered something, please check the product description for the estimated delivery date. If you ordered other items along with your pre-ordered item, we will dispatch them together.
